Driver: Brian Post
Birth Date: December 18, 1972
Hometown: Grew up in Spencerville, Ohio and currently resides in Middle Point, Ohio with his wife Amy and their daughter Taylor born in October 2005.
Background: Brian started his love for racing at the age of 5 riding motocross bikes. Dan Post (Brian’s dad, mechanic and car owner) raced motocross for 30+ years and it became a family passion, with the family racing every weekend from the early spring to the late fall.
Brian started on a 50cc bike and finished his motocross racing on a 250cc bike. In the last few years of racing, Brian raced the AMA Professional series throughout the United States. He also raced with the MRA. Due to injuries the family decided to continue racing in “safer” sport. In the Fall of 2001, they bought their first MODIFIED car. By the Spring of 2002, they were ready to go racing!
Brian took a driver course at Limaland Motorsports Park offered by Northwestern University in the Spring of 2002 where he got his 1st taste of car racing.
2006 Season: Competed at Limaland Motorsports Park and finished 6th for the season. Finished 9th in the UMP Ohio Series; 23rd in the East Region and 117th in the National UMP Series.
2005 Season: Competed at Limaland Motorsports Park and finished 11th for the season and finished 10th in the UMP Ohio Series.
2004 Season: Competed at Gas City I-69 Speedway,Lawrenceburg Speedway, Limaland Motorsports and Waynesfield Motorsport Parks. He finished in 9th place at Gas City I-69 Speedway for the 2004 season.
2003 Season: Competed at Gas City I-69 Speedway, Lawrenceburg Speedway, and KC Raceway during 2003. He finished in 7th place at Gas City I-69 Speedway for the 2003 season.
2002 Season: Competed at Montpelier Race Track in Montpelier, Indiana and Gas City I-69 Speedway, Gas City, Indiana.
